- Products
We sell pre-printed greeting cards. All cards are shown online with images that are representative of the product. Please note that colours, tones, and details may vary slightly from the images displayed due to screen settings and printing processes. The actual card you receive may differ slightly from the online image.
- Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the greeting cards. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent to your email address once payment has been received and processed.
- Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
- Delivery
- We deliver within the UK only via Royal Mail.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
- Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Cards:
- If your card arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@rosetf.org.uk within 2 days of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Claims reported after 2 days will not be accepted.
Non-Delivery:
- If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@rosetf.org.uk so we can investigate.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Rose Thompson Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our greeting cards.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
- Intellectual Property
All images, designs, text, and content on our website and greeting cards are the property of the Rose Thompson Foundation or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
